2 The Data We Collect About You    

For Eldin Risk to provide insurance distribution activities, we may need to collect, retain and process certain data about the company. 
Personal data, or personal information, means any information about an individual from which that person can be identified. It does not include data where the identity has been removed(anonymous data).  

We may collect, use, store and transfer different kinds of data about you providing insurance distribution activities. We have grouped the personal data together as follows:

· Identity Data includes name, title, job title, and employer details.

· Financial Data includes bank account details and sanctions checks.   
· Risk Data includes information about your company which we and other market participants need to collect to assess the risk to be insured and provide a quote.    
· Claims Data includes information about your company's previous and current claims (including other unrelated insurances), which may include personal data.    
· Usage Data includes information about how you use our website, products and services.    
· Marketing and Communications Data includes your preferences in receiving marketing from us and our third parties and your communication preferences.  

In some cases, companies seeking to use our services may be required to share the Identity and Contact Data of certain employees. This personal data will be processed for the purpose of stablishing a client relationship and general service of the client account (as set out in the table below). We will process this personal data on the ground of legitimate interests.  

We do not collect any Special Categories of Personal Data about you (this includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health, and genetic and biometric data). We do not collect any information about criminal convictions and offences.
 
If you fail to provide personal data  

Where we need to collect personal data by law, or under the terms of a contract we have with you, and you fail to provide that data when requested, we may not be able to perform the contract we have or are trying to enter into with you. In this case, we may have to cancel a product or service you have with us, but we will notify you if this is the case at the time.

We will only use your personal data when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we will use your personal data in the following circumstances:
· Where we need to perform the contract we are about to enter into or have entered into with you.

No fee usually required

 We may need to request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity and ensure your right to access your personal data (or to exercise any of your other rights). ERP takes measures to protect the personal information we collect. Nevertheless, transmission via the internet and other online interactions are not completely secure, and ERP cannot guarantee the security of your personal information collected through our Website. Any transmission of information is at your own risk.

Where we have given you credentials which enable you to access certain parts of our Websites or computer system, you are responsible for keeping these credentials confidential and for complying with any other security procedures that we notify you of. We ask you not to share your credentials with anyone.
